Salah Abughazaleh

Assalamu Alaikum,

My name is Salah Abughazaleh. I moved to Garland from overseas around 1992 and have been involved with several masjids in the Dallas area, including Mesquite Masjid at Gus Thomason, Garland Masjid at Duck Creek, and IANT. I was part of the board preparing the new Mesquite Masjid location.

Professionally, I started my career at TCBY as a QC and Material Usage Analyst and later joined Texas Instruments around 2000. In 2015, I moved to Oregon and worked at Intel while actively participating in several masjids, especially ICCH in Hillsboro. I retired at the end of 2022 and moved back to North Texas, settling in McKinney to be close to my daughter and grandchildren. While I attend the McKinney and White Masjid, Frisco (ICF) is my main masjid, where I have been part of the senior group and attend Halaqat al-Qur’an every Saturday after Fajr.

I would be honored to serve as a Shura member at ICF. By the will of Allah, I am committed to serving the House of Allah and contributing to the prosperity and growth of our community for a better future, Insha’Allah.
