WHO WE ARE
ICF Event Services is dedicated to serving our community through our rental service. We provide a welcoming space for events, fostering a stronger connection to the Masjid, promoting halal-centered gatherings, and enhancing the happiness of our members.

OUR TEAM
Our dedicated team is here to ensure your events run smoothly, from pre-event planning to post-event wrap-up. We consist of:
- Operations Team: Overseeing the logistics and management of the hall.
- Experience Team: Ensuring a memorable experience for all guests.
- Success Team: Supporting your event from start to finish.

All funds generated from hall rentals contribute to supporting Masjid operations, giving back to those in need, and building and enhancing the Masjid facilities.

The Multi-Purpose Hall is made for the community by the community. And it is meant to serve the community for multiple purposes. Many of the events and activities can range from:

POLICIES & ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Highlights

  1. Our hall is intended to foster a connection to the Masjid and provide a space for halal-compliant events.
  2. We welcome community events, social gatherings, and private functions.
  3. We maintain a strict policy to ensure all events align with Islamic principles.

Deposits

  1. A deposit is required to secure the reservation. The deposit amount will be communicated by the Owner upon booking confirmation.

Additional Fees

  1. Cleaning Fee: $250 (This fee is non-refundable and is applied to all bookings.)

Booking Process

  1. Reservation requests are not considered official bookings until the Owner confirms rental times, collects the deposit, and receives event details from the Client.
  2. Once the reservation is confirmed, the Client agrees to pay the deposit to secure the booking.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Cancellation made 14 days or more prior to the event will result in a full refund of the deposit.
  2. Cancellation made less than 14 days prior to the event will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Policies

  1. Noise Considerations: Due to the nature of the environment, noise levels should be kept to a minimum out of respect for ongoing religious activities such as prayers and sermons. The Client should agree to maintain a quiet atmosphere during the event.
  2. Shoes Policy: Mosques have a strict policy of removing shoes before entering the prayer area or any other designated spaces. Clients must adhere to this policy.
  3. Food Restrictions: Given dietary restrictions observed by many Muslims, the consumption of alcohol, pork, or any other prohibited foods is strictly forbidden on the premises. The Client should comply with these restrictions when planning their event.
  4. Prayer Space Usage: If the event is taking place during prayer times, the Client should allow access to designated prayer areas for mosque attendees. Coordination with mosque staff is required to ensure minimal disruption to prayer activities.
  5. Respect for Religious Items: Clients should treat religious items and spaces with respect and refrain from any behavior or activities that may be considered disrespectful or sacrilegious.
  6. Gender Segregation: Clients should be aware of and agree to abide by any gender segregation guidelines.
  7. Decorations and Displays: Clients must seek approval from mosque authorities before installing any decorations or displays that may be considered inappropriate or offensive within a religious context.
  8. Parking and Traffic Management: If the event is expected to draw a large number of attendees, the Client should coordinate with the mosque to ensure adequate parking and manage traffic flow in the surrounding area to minimize disruption to the neighborhood.

The currently supported capacity for the Multi Purpose Hall is 250 attendees.
