2nd Annual Qur'an Competition

ICF Quran Academy is pleased to announce the opening of registration for our highly anticipated 2nd Annual Qur’an Competition. Early registration is strongly encouraged, as spots are limited.

Preliminary Round: Saturday, March 8th, 2025 

Final Round & Awards: Saturday, March 15th, 2025 

Open for males and females

Deadline to register: February 15th, 2025

*Note: Registration will close once capacity is reached, even if prior to registration deadline.

All phone numbers provided in registration will be added to a WhatsApp group for communication. Details on signing up for participant's testing time will be shared.

Fee: $10 per registrant 

Competition Categories

1st: Memorizing the entire Qur’an - Ages 18 and under

2nd: Memorizing 15 Juz (first or last 15 Juz) - Ages 15 and under

3rd: Memorizing 5 Juz (any 5 consecutive Juz) - Ages 13 and under

4th: Memorizing Juz Amma - Ages 10 and under

5th: Memorizing Surah Ar Rahman and Al Mulk - Ages 19+

Competition Guidelines

1. Judges' decisions are final and not subject to challenge or change.
2. Must be a resident of Texas to register. Registrants are responsible for their own travel and accommodation expenses.
3. Winners from ICF’s 2024 Quran Competition are not eligible to register in the same category or lower level category for our 2025 Quran competition. However, they are permitted to register for a higher level category (except 2024 winners of Entire Quran category and 2024 winners of Adult category).
4. Contestants can participate in only one category.
5. Contestants must be ages 6 and up.
6. Testing areas include Memorization, Tajweed, Confidence, and Melody in recitation.
7. Tajweed percentage will be decided by judges based on age and general performance.
8. Once registration is submitted, changes in the competition category will not be allowed.
9. The final round is open to the public.
